By accessing the pk07 platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet or Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. Acceptance is deemed to occur at the earliest of: (a) the moment you first access the pk07 platform; (b) the moment you click "I Agree" or any equivalent acceptance mechanism during registration; or (c) the moment you place your first Bet.
These Terms & Conditions operate in conjunction with pk07's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published by pk07, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
If you are accessing pk07 on behalf of a corporate entity or third party, you represent and warrant that you have the full authority to bind that entity to these Terms. pk07 reserves the right to require documentary evidence of such authority at any time.
21+ Strictly Enforced: The pk07 platform is intended exclusively for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. pk07 employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request identity documentation from any Player at any time. Any Account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings derived during the underage period will be voided and withheld.

pk07 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate, lawful, or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Players who access pk07 from locations where online gaming is restricted do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.
To access real-money gaming Services on pk07, you must register a Player Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the pk07 platform. Duplicate Accounts — whether created under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited. pk07 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate Accounts and to void any Bets or Bonuses associated with a secondary Account without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk07 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pk07 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to adequately safeguard your credentials. pk07 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with international gaming licensing standards. Players may be required to submit government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at pk07's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
pk07 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless the Player explicitly selects a crypto option. pk07 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposits are credited to a Player's Account balance upon confirmation of receipt by pk07's payment processing systems. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method; current limits are displayed at the time of deposit. pk07 does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which pk07 bears no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. pk07 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of approval, subject to payment provider processing times. pk07 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits on the same Account, subject to applicable limits.
pk07 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures consistent with international gaming licensing standards. Any Account suspected of engaging in financial crime, structuring transactions to circumvent limits, or using the platform for money laundering purposes will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities. Funds associated with suspected AML violations may be frozen pending investigation.

Game and event results as recorded by pk07's systems are considered final unless pk07 determines that a verifiable technical error occurred. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of the disputed event. pk07's decision following a good-faith investigation shall be final and binding in all cases where no systemic platform error is identified.
Specific rules for cricket betting (including PSL, international Tests, ODIs, and T20Is) and esports betting (including CS2, Dota 2, and VALORANT) are governed by sport-specific and market-specific rules published within the respective betting sections of the pk07 platform. Players are responsible for reviewing these rules before placing Bets. In case of conflict between sport-specific rules and these General Terms, the sport-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the relevant market.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk07 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, voiding of Bets and Bonuses, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk07 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any pk07 content; create derivative works based on pk07 materials; use pk07 branding or trade marks without prior written consent; or frame or mirror any portion of the pk07 platform on any third-party website or application.
Any unauthorised use of pk07 intellectual property may result in Account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk07's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, the Services, or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their pk07 Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk07 shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for any: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity; interruption of service due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure outages, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, regulatory action, or pandemic conditions.
pk07 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players access and use the platform at their own risk.

Bonus Funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be forfeited.
pk07 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where pk07 reasonably believes that: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; the Player has provided false or misleading registration information; the Player's Account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activities; the integrity of any game or betting market has been compromised by the Player's actions; or continued Account operation poses a risk to pk07's licensing obligations or regulatory compliance.
Upon Account termination for cause, pk07 reserves the right to withhold any funds in the Account pending investigation. Where a material breach is confirmed, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from prohibited activity will be permanently forfeited. Real-money balances deposited legitimately may be returned at pk07's discretion following the conclusion of any investigation, subject to applicable legal requirements.
pk07 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk07 will provide reasonable notice to Players via the email address registered to their Account or through a prominent notice on the pk07 platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the pk07 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming licensing standards and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pk07 holds its operating authorisation.
